Operating from Industrial Park Poland, manufacturing companies will find ideal conditions for accessing markets throughout Europe

We are located in the immediate vicinity of the A2 highway, which is a continuation of the German A12 highway and part of the pan-European E30 route. It seamlessly connects westernmost Cork in Ireland with easternmost Omsk, Russia.

Yet another benefit is the intermodal rail terminal, within 10 km of the site.

Technical possibilities

With its substantial plot size, Industrial Park Poland’s distinguishing mark is the enormous potential for production. It also has direct access to the road and logistic infrastructure in the region.

Key advantages include immediate vicinity of A2 highway and national road 72, BTS (build-to-suit) or BTO (build-to-own) schemes, maximum building height of 40 m, and two scenarios for land use: logistics and manufacturing.

The Park’s expanded technical infrastructure includes gas, energy, water, and a photovoltaic farm nearby.

Combined with extensive project management and property management services available on demand, the implementation of a green energy policy helps investors make the most of such an ideal location.
